Individual/Family Membership

Your annual membership shows your commitment to our sport. For only $50 a year, you and your family receive these benefits:

• A membership card, decals, and a dash plaque.
• Full-time consultants who advocate on your behalf to keep public lands open in California and the western United States.
• Our full color bi-monthly magazine, the In Gear containing information about club activities, legislation, events, trails, and 4WD products.
• Eligibility to participate in all association-sponsored events.
• A club directory with information about clubs throughout California.
• Special email alerts on public land matters and related issues.
• List of business associate members (many of whom provide discounts to association members).

Life Membership

This membership category permits you and your spouse/partner to become members of the association for life. Once the life membership fee has been paid, no further association dues will be assessed. Club dues, if applicable, must be paid in accordance with your club's bylaws.

As a life member, you enjoy all of the benefits listed above, as well as the ability to attend our Life Member breakfast during our annual convention, and many other perks.

NOTE: If you have a current club or individual Cal4Wheel membership and try to sign up for a life membership, you may experience an error. The system will not allow you to have more than one type of membership. We will have to deactivate your current membership in order for you to sign up for a life membership.
